Delivery

Paying
Confection Lanners and Jager-Oberlinkels are two stores with their own tills. If your basket holds items from both stores, you pay each store separately. You only enter your contact details once.
Returns and exchanges
You can return items bought online within 14 days. This is your statutory right of withdrawal; the details are in the withdrawal information.

Is the stock on the website up to date?
Almost live. The website syncs stock with the tills of both stores every ten minutes and checks it again on the product page and before you send. If an item has just been sold in store, we tell you before you reserve or pay.
What does a reservation cost?
Nothing, and you commit to nothing. If something does not fit, simply leave it in the store. [to be confirmed]
How long is an item reserved?
