Privacy
In short: we set no cookies, we run no tracking, and the fonts and the map on this site do not load from anyone else's servers. Which is why there is no banner to click away.

What data we receive
Only what you type into the request form yourself: company, contact person, email and the description of your job. Optionally phone, quantity, date needed, delivery location and, if you attach one, a file. If you use the configurator, the configured values travel with it. You see them on the page before you send.
What for
To answer your enquiry and, if it turns into an order, to carry it out.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and, as far as the tick box is concerned, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw consent at any time.
How long
Requests that do not turn into an order are deleted after two years. Requests that do are kept as long as commercial and tax law requires. In Luxembourg, ten years.
Who else is involved
The form runs through a server function at Supabase; processing takes place in the EU. The email itself goes through our mail provider. We do not pass your data on and we do not sell it.
Hosting and server logs
The web server records technical access data, as every server does. Those logs are used only to run and secure the site.
Cookies
None. Neither ours nor anyone else's. There is no analytics either.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to tom@kasel.lu.
